Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview of Professional Consulting Engagements

Senseweightcore Consulting Co., Ltd. provides specialized, time-intensive professional programming advisory, ERP schema auditing, and bespoke technical engineering services. Because our consultants allocate dedicated senior engineering time and proprietary technical analysis to each client engagement, our refund and cancellation policies reflect the customized nature of professional services.

2. Diagnostic Audits & Milestone Engagements

Our fixed-scope diagnostic audits and engineering sprints follow structured commercial milestones:

• Initial Deposit (50%): Covers preliminary system topology discovery, NDA execution, database log inspection, and schedule reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if the engagement is canceled in writing at least 5 business days prior to the agreed project start date.
• Cancellation After Work Commenced: If a client cancels an audit after work has begun but prior to final deliverable presentation, Senseweightcore will calculate the actual consultant hours expended up to the timestamp of written cancellation. Any unused portion of the advance deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.
• Final Milestone (50%): Billed upon delivery and presentation of the formal architecture specification and engineering playbook. Once final deliverables have been presented and handed over to the Client, milestone fees are non-refundable.

3. Advisory Retainers & Monthly Allocations

Strategic advisory retainers are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Clients may terminate a retainer agreement by providing 30 days written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Fees paid for the current active month are non-refundable, and reserved advisory hours remain available for use throughout that billing cycle.

4. Rescheduling On-Site Discovery Visits

We understand that operational emergencies and production maintenance schedules may necessitate adjustments. Clients may reschedule on-site facility walkthroughs or architecture workshops in Taiwan without penalty by notifying our team at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Non-Refundable Scope Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable:

• Consulting hours already rendered and logged under an executed Statement of Work;
• Custom schema documentation, code patterns, or query playbooks already delivered to the Client;
• Direct travel and accommodation expenses incurred for on-site visits outside the Greater Taipei area that cannot be refunded by travel carriers.

6. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Times

To submit a formal refund or cancellation request:

1. Send a written notice from an authorized corporate representative to info@senseweightcore.click detailing the Statement of Work reference number and reason for cancellation.
2. Our administrative team will review the hours logged and deliver an itemized reconciliation statement within 3 business days.
3. Approved refunds are remitted via local Taiwanese bank wire transfer (or original corporate payment method) within 7 to 14 business days of approval.
